Cancellation Policy

Virtual Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at a least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment session will be charged a late-cancellation fee of $40.

No shows (missing a session without any notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Why the policy exists

Each session is a dedicated, individualized time slot. Last minute changes or missed sessions limit availability for other clients and impact scheduling consistency. This policy helps maintain committment, clarity, and accountability throughout the scheduling process.
